Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of UI engineers providing technical guidance code reviews and career development support.
- Collaborate with UX designers backend developers and product managers to translate user requirements and wireframes into robust front-end implementations.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable component-based front-end solutions using modern frameworks (preferably Angular 8).
- Enforce design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and reusability across products.
- Drive and implement best practices in code quality testing performance optimization and security.
- Build pixel-perfect cross-browser and cross-platform web interfaces with accessibility and responsiveness as first-class priorities.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging tools libraries and frameworks to keep the front-end stack modern and efficient.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines support rapid reliable front-end deployments with automated testing and linting.
- Take ownership of major UI modules/features that impact enterprise-scale users globally.
Qualifications :
- 68 years of hands-on experience in UI development including 2 years in a technical/leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 SASS/SCSS and modern JavaScript (ES6).
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular 8 (React or is a plus).
- Deep understanding of component-driven development RxJS state management (e.g. NgRx or Redux) and lazy loading.
- Experience with RESTful API integration authentication/authorization workflows (e.g. OAuth2 JWT).
- Solid grasp of cross-browser compatibility issues responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with backend integration especially using .NET MVC Razor is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Git Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine Karma or Cypress.
- Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
