Requirements
We are seeking an experienced RPA Architect with hands-on expertise in process automation using leading RPA tools such as UI Path Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting designing and delivering enterprise-grade RPA solutions with a deep understanding of RPA lifecycle integration capabilities performance optimization and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support 3 end-to-end RPA implementations across industries and domains.
Facilitate process design sessions with business and IT stakeholders to understand automation opportunities.
Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and design RPA process flows.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend design alternatives and implement best practices.
Own architectural decisions related to bot design exception handling performance tuning and notification frameworks.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to pre-defined RPA development and architectural standards.
Manage bot versioning configuration and maintenance activities.
Prototype and implement enhancements and fine-tune existing automation solutions.
Perform comprehensive testing to ensure solutions meet SLAs quality and performance benchmarks.
Ensure seamless integration of RPA tools with external systems and enterprise applications.
Identify project risks mitigation strategies and maintain alignment with project KPIs and milestones.
Support client pursuits RFPs/RFIs and solutioning activities as an RPA SME.
Document and establish RPA best practices and reusable components to support scalable automation strategies.
Guide testing activities including test procedure creation pre-UAT UAT support and rollout.
Drive structured change control and incident/problem management for deployed bots.
Provide support for ongoing process improvements incident resolutions and bot enhancements.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
Expertise in RPA tools: Must be proficient in UI Path and Blue Prism; experience with multiple RPA tools is a strong plus.
Development experience with C# Java .NET VBA HTML and CSS.
Good knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL Server or Oracle DB.
Experience with Intelligent OCR ICR document extraction BPMS and workflow systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Windows Internet Explorer and Web Services.
Strong problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in large delivery teams.
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt or higher preferred).
Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
Knowledge of test procedures test scenarios and UAT planning and support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; client-facing experience is essential.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
RPA certification in Blue Prism UI Path or Automation Anywhere.
Experience with coding in C .NET.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Prior experience in driving large-scale digital transformation or automation programs.
