Job Description Summary
A Talent Acquisition Specialist attracts hires and helps retain top talent. In this role youll manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Youll use tools like Smart Recruiter LinkedIn Indeed and social media to identify and engage top talent build strong candidate pipelines and develop strategic hiring plans. Whether its high-volume hiring or specialized roles youll play a key role in shaping our workforce by bringing in the right people to drive the growth and success of our organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish the hiring criteria for various roles within the company.
- Has a profound understanding of recruiting needs to source and screen candidates that best fit the companys future goals.
- Focuses on the full life cycle of recruiting including resume review sourcing candidate screening succession planning management training legal compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate/schedule interviews providing timely feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the overall recruitment process ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis/reporting tools like Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate data into clear audience-appropriate presentations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree in business or related field a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
- Retail and/or food manufacturing experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
