Join our team and youll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses guiding them to use the Totaljobs products and solutions included in their contract whilst uncovering additional needs and challenges in order grow Totaljobs market share.
Working in the Key Account Management department you will developing a deep understanding of your customers current and future needs and you will be able to recommend the best of Totaljobs solutions to create long-term value and sustaining customer relationships in renewing annual contracts.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Represent TJ products & solutions the TJ Way - using approved pricing presentations pitches ethics and methodology and build strong relationships with key stakeholders from Key SMB customers. Gain a thorough understanding of customers current and future needs and their strategy and prepare customised solutions. Develop negotiation-stage pipeline equal to 125% of quarterly IS target.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure success for client projects and campaigns
- Utilise Salesforce in line with company standards (including but not limited too appropriate opportunity creation forecasting contact and conversation logging etc).
- Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to fuel customer growth.
- Track assess and report on client performance metrics offering strategic insights.
Qualifications :
- Strong account management background with proven experience of handling large key accounts
- A strong objection handler with the ability to deconstruct customer issues and propose actionable solutions to enhance the customer process.
- Expertise in maximising every revenue opportunity.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills as well as strong attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of the sales process from needs identification and objection handling to negotiation and successful closure in the B2B landscape.
- Consistently exceed targets in a goal-driven environment with a proven track record.
