About the team
As part of the Scrum Masters Enablement team you will be collaborating with scrum masters and agile coaches across the whole organisation. Your daily role will be as a scrum master for up to two development teams delivering internal solutions to our business experts.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate the scrum rituals for the different teams
- Remove blockers for the development teams and protect their focus towards quarterly goals
- Coach the team into improving on their ways of working
- Facilitate communication and role definition with the stakeholders
- Be a champion of the lean agile mindset across the organisation through guilds and scaling agile
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master or (PSM)
- 2 years of experience as a scrum master for several teams
- Experience with other Agile frameworks (SAFe Kanban Lean...)
- Strong communication and facilitations skills in English. Norwegian or German are a plus.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to inspire others
- Experience in conflict management is a plus
