Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Specialist with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics including traffic conversion rates and sales to identify areas for improvement.
- Focus on improving conversion rates through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing design and IT teams to create and execute promotional campaigns product launches and website updates.
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of product information pricing and inventory levels.
- Optimize product listings categories and navigation to improve searchability and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the ecommerce platform and customer experience.
- Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or similar role with hands-on experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and ecommerce platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in optimizing customer experience and working with UX teams to enhance site usability and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other ecommerce platforms and their management tools (e.g. Shopify Magento).
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Bi-lingual in English and French is preferred.
