The Ground CX portfolio spans everything Qantas does on the Ground from Lounges Terminal Experience Baggage Solutions Transportation Boarding and Arrivals. In your role as Product Strategy Manager Ground Experience you will leverage your strengths in problem solving product design and project delivery to make significant improvements to the customer experience. This may include defining new digital solutions for Lounge experience launching pilot ventures in partnership with another brand upgrading how premium customers transit at international Airports or supporting senior leadership to focus on the greatest priorities for our brand customers and front-line.
To achieve this you will define and own strategic projects and embed the needs of the future customer experience in a range of Group programs. You will be effective at understanding customer commercial and operational priorities leveraging data and insights to establish compelling cases for change creating strategy artefacts for senior leadership forums and thrive on liaising with diverse stakeholder sets at all levels of the organisation.
The role is ideal for a skilled strategist with experience in and passion for product design and driving change looking to apply their talents curiosity and passion to a well-rounded role as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
