Job Description
As Driver Trainee you will start by accompanying a Driver on customer collection routes .You would be eligible to obtain a CDL. Youll also be thoroughly trained to handle hazardous materials safely and compliantly. As Trainee youll video record the destruction process of DEA controlled substances and upload these videos into our system. Youll assist the Driver in loading containers and supplies for daily service stops complete required paperwork and you may assist in maintaining inventory and storage. You may need to drive a non-DOT regulated vehicle to customer sites to witness the collection process on occasion.

This position requires up to 75% overnight travel depending upon the assigned route. The selected candidate must be at least 18 years of age by law and pass a DEA background check physical and drug screen.
Qualifications :
To qualify you must have a high school diploma or GED.
Our ideal candidate will be fluent in English (verbal and written). Previous experience working with hazardous materials and a knowledge of OSHA regulations would be ideal. Candidates must be willing and able to wear company-issued personal protection equipment including eye protection foot protection Tyvek coveralls respirator etc. and follow all safety policies and procedures.
