What you will be doing:
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of housekeeping team to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- Cleaning and inspecting residences.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Highly Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Ability to work as part of a team with limited supervision.
- Incredible time-management and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- Physical & Mental Requirements: Able to focus on task at hand and take direction able to bend twist lift up to 30 lbs push pull use a step ladder or stairs safely use chemicals and PPE

Starting Salary: $22.62/hr option for benefits package
