- Performing tasks like cleaning lubricating and replacing filters to prevent equipment failure.
- Diagnosing and repairing issues with mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Regularly checking equipment and fire suppression systems for potential problems.
- Suggesting maintenance program changes/improvements to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities repairs and inspections.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations company standards and building codes.
- Collaborating with contractors for outsourced repairs and monitoring/reporting need for supplies.
- Perform problem solving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
- Removal of oil and watery oil by means of pumping and mopping.
- Support and contribute to FCM Projects.
- Work with TEF2 maintenance when the need arises to maintain production equipment.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in technical field is preferred.
- Four years related experience and/or training; with experience in all phases of maintenance (ie: mechanical electrical hydraulics etc.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
