This role reports directly to the General Manager and provides Executive Assistance support to the CEO. This is a critical role with responsibility for managing the calendar of the CEO and a wide variety of administrative tasks involving sensitive and highly confidential information. This position will liaise with individuals at all levels of the organization including visitors to the site where discretion and confidentiality is a key requirement.
Duties and Tasks
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO.
- Planning implementation and coordination of administrative processes such as meetings events and customer visits.
- Be responsible for coordinating travel for visitors and customers.
- Manage visitor accommodation.
- Responsible for hospitality and scheduling room bookings for visitor and customer meetings.
- Be the main point of contact for all guests to the facility including booking lodging transportation and other amenities.
- Manage vendors supporting the maintenance of office equipment facility services cleaning services etc.
- Manage projects as assigned by the site General Manager
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Education. Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role is required. Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
