Job Description
You will support and gradually take ownership of key planning activities including:
- Demand Planning Support
- Assist in analysing and forecasting product demand across multiple levels.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand demand drivers.
- Supply Planning Support
- Help to issue invoice and solve related issues.
- Help ensure the smooth flow of goods to local distribution centers and customers.
- Monitor supply risks and support the team in resolving issues.
- S&OP Participation
- Support the coordination of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence and contributing to cross-functional planning discussions.
- Inventory Monitoring
- Help track inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve service or reduce overstock.
- Support clean-up and optimization initiatives.
- Master Data & Reporting
- Maintain planning data in SAP and assist in report preparation and KPI tracking.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- A Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related
- Good proficiency in English
- Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency with Excel; Power BI and SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative international environment
- A hands-on attitude attention to detail and curiosity to understand the big picture
