Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Senior Regional Compensation & Benefits Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned country or region ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution
- Prepare payroll-related reports and assist in internal and external audits or reviews
- Support annual compensation cycles including salary reviews bonus calculations and incentive program administration
- Maintain up-to-date C&B data in HR systems and generate reports for business use
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation planning budgeting and policy development
- Ensure all compensation and benefits activities comply with statutory regulations and internal governance standards
- Participate in various compensation and benefits projects and initiatives as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with a focus on payroll processing
- Multinational or regional exposure is preferred
- Solid knowledge of the MOM Regulations and local payroll practices
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proactive independent and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of compensation structures benefits administration and payroll compliance
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5500 AWS VB (2-3 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
