Sales Representative Reddit Project (Lisbon Portugal)
Location: Lisbon (On-site) Monday to Friday 08h00 - 17h00
Language: English
Contract Type: 12-month renewable (potential for permanent)

Your Mission
As a Sales Representative you will:
Reach out to new potential Reddit business clients via outbound calls;
Guide them through the onboarding process and maximize their engagement;
Consult on digital advertising strategies tailored to each clients goals;

Use CRM tools to manage and convert your pipeline;

Build lasting relationships and contribute to a culture of performance.
What You Bring
-
12 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing;
-
Proven track record in cold calling and meeting sales KPIs;

Confidence to pitch and influence decision-makers (DMs);

Understanding of digital media mix and marketing funnels;

Strategic thinking and consultative selling mindset;

Strong objection-handling and communication skills;

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Training & Onboarding
-
Intensive paid training (15 business days 8h/day in English);
-
Product knowledge CRM tools digital sales techniques.
