Job Description
About the Client:
Our client is a leading main contractor specializing in data center construction known for its high standards in quality safety and engineering excellence. With a strong project portfolio across the region they work closely with international hyperscale clients and are committed to delivering projects on time and within budget while leveraging advanced MEP and mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems throughout all phases of the project (design installation testing commissioning).

Coordinate closely with consultants subcontractors and the internal project team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Review technical drawings specifications and ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues on-site during construction.

Monitor site progress and report regularly on MEP work schedules milestones and delays.

Ensure health safety and environmental policies are strictly followed.
Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related Engineering fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP works; experience in data centre or critical infrastructure projects is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of building services M&E systems and relevant codes/standards.

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
-
Willing to work 6 days/week and be based full-time in Johor Bahru.
