The Content Distributor & Social Media Coordinator needs to oversee the strategic distribution of content across multiple digital channels. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients messaging is consistent timely and effectively targeted to engage audiences across platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content scheduling platform optimization and performance analytics and will collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to execute distribution strategies.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate content rollouts on platforms like Instagram TikTok YouTube WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Tailor and optimize each post to align with platform-specific formats algorithms and audience behavior.
- Monitor performance analytics to measure content effectiveness and refine future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams designers content creators and marketing to ensure campaigns are released smoothly and on time.
- Keep a structured archive of digital assets for easy access and reuse.
- Stay informed about evolving trends in content distribution social media engagement and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Digital Media Communications Marketing or a related discipline.
- Prior experience managing content across social or digital platforms ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of social media best practices and channel-specific requirements.
- Skilled in using scheduling and content management tools (e.g. Later Hootsuite Notion Buffer).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive decisions based on data.
- Excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in German is an asset.
