Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Research marketing trends
- Develop marketing strategies
- Create and manage posts on Facebook / Instagram / TikTok
- Design images and create videos for posts
- Coordinate and negotiate with KOLs/KOCs
- Produce and review content
- Direct the creation of sales tools
- Note: Simple designs will be created in-house; complex designs will be outsourced.
Product Management
- Receive incoming goods
- Pack and ship products / occasional deliveries
- Customer support and handling of B2C & B2B shipments
- Products handled: Japanese cosmetics
Main Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing
- Experience using design tools such as Canva
- English communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in beauty product sales
- Experience managing social media
