ASC Behaviour Mentor Psychology/Criminology Graduate Harrow September 2025 Start

Are you a Psychology or Criminology graduate ready to gain hands-on experience with children who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Join a warm inclusive primary school in Harrow as an ASC Behaviour Mentor where youll provide consistent support to pupils with ASC and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This ASC Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for graduates pursuing careers in Clinical Psychology Educational Psychology SEN Teaching or Therapy.

What youll be doing as an ASC Behaviour Mentor:

  • Supporting autistic pupils and those with SEMH needs as a dedicated ASC Behaviour Mentor

  • Delivering 1:1 and small group sessions focused on emotional regulation social skills and communication

  • Implementing structured behaviour support plans as an effective ASC Behaviour Mentor

  • Building trust providing consistency and creating calm learning spaces

  • Collaborating with teachers SEN professionals and families in your role as an ASC Behaviour Mentor

Were looking for an ASC Behaviour Mentor who:

  • Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology or Criminology from a Top 20 UK University

  • Has a keen interest in autism behaviour support and emotional development

  • Brings patience empathy and a calm presence to their ASC Behaviour Mentor role

  • Has experience working with children especially those with additional needs

  • Can commit full-time to this ASC Behaviour Mentor role from September 2025 July 2026
