Our client a highly successful and established infrastructure organization is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their busy and growing team. This is a newly created position due to growth. The ideal candidate will have 10 years progressive experience in contracts and insurance administration.Reporting to the CSuite your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Working closely with the CFO Business Development Estimating and Operations team
- Review and improvements of contract clauses negotiations and procurement processes
- Ability to resolve complex contract issues in a timely and professional manner adhering to organization compliance and policies
- Ensuring appropriate thorough and accurate contract documentation
- Review draft and revision of contracts
- Tracking of contract lifecycles
- Identifying areas of risk and opportunity
- Additional duties as required
