The Assistant VP reports to the Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness is responsible for planning developing implementing and managing a university wide comprehensive Institutional Effectiveness program. The AVP serves as a member of the Colleges institutional effectiveness planning and assessment and program review committees; provides consulting to all assessment efforts and works to ensure that the Institutional Effectiveness plans are in compliance with SACS accreditation requirements. The AVP will collaborate with the Vice-President and senior leadership team to develop implement and assess quality improvement initiatives for the University.
Duties and Responsibilities: (60% Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment 20% Accreditation 20% other duties as assigned)
Education: Masters in educational research Statistics Data Science or related field required. Ph.D. preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing IE IR Assessment programs and processes.
