Manager Partnership will manage a team and oversee the seller experience focusing on monitoring and supporting at-risk sellers and managing special projects. This role will be pivotal in preventing seller attrition managing large-scale suspensions and terminations and collaborating with key stakeholders to appeal decisions and protect the overall seller experience.
What youll do
Seller Monitoring and Risk Management
Monitor the health and activity of sellers throughout their journey identifying those at risk of suspension termination or churn.
Utilize data insights performance metrics and seller behavior trends to proactively identify potential risks to seller satisfaction and retention.
Take proactive measures to mitigate risk and prevent attrition by implementing corrective actions and support interventions.
Suspension & Termination Oversight
Work closely with internal teams to monitor and manage the suspension and termination process for sellers ensuring transparency fairness and clear communication.
Analyze large-scale suspension or termination cases providing strategic solutions and support to prevent or minimize the impact on sellers.
Serve as a key point of contact to manage seller escalations related to suspensions and terminations.
Appeals Management
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage an appeals process for sellers facing suspension or termination ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Coordinate with Legal Compliance and Seller Support teams to review appeal cases and communicate outcomes to sellers in a way that maintains trust and loyalty.
Evaluate trends in appeals and provide recommendations for improving policies or seller communication strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with various departments including Seller Support Policy Operations and Legal to protect the seller experience and ensure consistent processes across teams.
Engage with key stakeholders to identify pain points in the seller life cycle journey and advocate for improvements or enhancements to policies and tools.
Regularly update leadership on the status of at-risk sellers large suspensions/terminations and appeal outcomes.
Seller Experience Protection & Enhancement
Protect the integrity of the seller experience by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the journey from onboarding to post-transaction support.
Act as the voice of the seller within the organization ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed in strategy development.
Promote best practices for seller satisfaction and retention focusing on building long-term relationships and fostering trust with sellers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
1-3 years experience in Retail Buying Site Merchandising Digital Marketing Merchandise Planning eCommerce Operations & Analytics or related field
Experience in a people leadership role managing and coaching direct reports
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Proven ability to use data analysis for informed decision-making
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Influence outcomes and drive consensus across multiple levels
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Empathy and seller-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment
