The Willcox Aikens iconic historic hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a quiet structured work environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Run daily audit reports to close and balance the days financial transactions

Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs

Respond to guest inquiries and requests during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth

Ensure the lobby and public spaces are tidy and secure
Qualifications:

Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with hotel PMS systems a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must be available to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
