Position Summary
Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate who conduct research that protects the safety and welfare of participants and conduct ethical clinical studies in accordance will all applicable federal and state laws/regulations and within policy.
Establish protocols and budget in Clinical Trail Management Systems and Subject Stipends in Clincard
Invoicing and payment reconciliation of clinical trial payments
Establish quality processes systems and procedures.
Create and maintain SOPsManage audits
Develop polices and procedures
Provide operation leadership for study management.
Schedule site visits
Mentor and train staff
Interpret complex protocols
Foster collaboration across clinical teams.
Develop and maintain master trial file.
Develop training plans
Complete Sponsor/CRO required training.
Assist with placement of study related advertisement
Prescreen screen and present study information.
Communication with subjects to ensure they are fully informed
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education
Must have a Associate degree in Nursing or a Bachelors degree in a related field
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment problem solving and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Licenses:
Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or compact state if applicable.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in clinical research as Study Coordinator or Study Nurse
