Millwork Engineer/CNC Programmer
Location: Totowa NJ
Hours/Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9a-5p and 9a-2p on Friday
Compensation: Base salary in the $75-100k range negotiable based on experience
Reports to: Lead Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program and engineer millwork and furniture projects using Mosaic Aspire iX or Cabinet Vision software.
- Interpret architectural drawings design specifications and client intent to develop accurate production documentation.
- Collaborate closely with lead engineers project managers and production staff to ensure alignment with timelines and design expectations.
- Revise and update programming and drawings as needed throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Maintain consistent communication across departments to ensure successful execution of custom millwork jobs.
- 4 years experience in architectural millwork engineering or CNC programming.
- Proficiency in any of the following software: Mosaic Aspire iX Cabinet Vision (must have at least one)
- Strong ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings
- Excellent attention to detail strong math skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an on-site team and contribute to a high-quality production environment.
