What Youll Do:
- Lead develop and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training coaching and technical support to service staff to maintain top-tier standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department including scheduling dispatching and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and manage departmental KPIs including job completion rate average ticket size and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and ensure accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations (OSHA and local code).
- Foster strong relationships with customers resolving escalated concerns professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategic goals and identify growth opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experiencein residential HVAC service with at least2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experienced in call-by-call coaching with a strong background in Nexstar systems and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems including diagnostics repairs and best practices.
- Skilled in utilizing ServiceTitan
- Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and track performance metrics and service outcomes.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
