What Youll Do:

  • Lead develop and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing training coaching and technical support to service staff to maintain top-tier standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department including scheduling dispatching and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs including job completion rate average ticket size and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and ensure accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations (OSHA and local code).
  • Foster strong relationships with customers resolving escalated concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategic goals and identify growth opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experiencein residential HVAC service with at least2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experienced in call-by-call coaching with a strong background in Nexstar systems and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
  • Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems including diagnostics repairs and best practices.
  • Skilled in utilizing ServiceTitan
  • Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage and track performance metrics and service outcomes.
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
