Job Functions
Responsible for training new Merchandise Assistants on item and PO creation as well as other required needs of the position.
Liaison support for the buying office; including but not limited to direct communication with merchant teams Oracle-2BUY4 Support compliance logistics.
Ability to communicate effectively and frequently via email telephone and Microsoft Teams with internal partners.
Critical accuracy with data entry related to purchase orders items pricing process areas attributing and weekly flow.
Purchase order and item creation as needed.
Perform special project other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Key Attributes
High School Diploma required or equivalent experience.
Previous retail store experience preferred.
Prior experience in training
Administrative experience preferred.
Excellent organizational time management and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word and Outlook).
Physical Requirements
Must have adequate vision speech hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. bending stooping etc.).
