Technical support to a large varied user group: school staff students
Install configure maintain and troubleshoot equipment and software...
Computers printers scanners projectors smart boards wireless devices
Required
Tech troubleshooting skills
IT support in a large environment
Great listening and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions
Bonus: experience working in a school / education environment
