Job Description

We are hiring immediately for a Sales Representative in our Petrochemical & Refining sector located in the San Francisco California Area -a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity heating and cooling they need.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the petrochemical and refining industry focusing on power and HVAC technical rental solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers clients and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge and technical expertise in power distribution and HVAC systems to effectively position and sell products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the territory by prospecting networking and attending industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with engineering project management and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered successfully
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business within the assigned territory.

We are experts which means you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 years of direct sales experience selling to Petrochemical and Refinery customers
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Must possess a sales hunter mindset
  • Understanding of power generation HVAC and compressed air systems
  • Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
