Role summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving growth by prospecting and proactively engaging with potential customers. This role requires high energy a strong work ethic and the ability to generate qualified leads and create new pipeline opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through high-volume outbound activity including cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach
Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns webinars and website inquiries
Identify and research potential customers that match the companys Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC
Pass qualified leads to the Sales team for further engagement
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM
Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Share insights from customer interactions to improve targeting and messaging
Must-have qualifications
2 years of sales development experience in software solutions (preferably SaaS)
Strong cold-calling and phone communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
Familiarity with BANT and MEDDIC qualification frameworks
Experience using HubSpot CRM
