Description
The Program Director is responsible for daily program operations staffing quality assurance clinical supervision and training;serves as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services for adult justice-involved males with a primary mental health diagnosis in a community based congregate living setting; works collaboratively with funders referring agents medical and clinical providers to establish wrap-around services and reduce recidivism.

Masters Degree in related field; clinical license or license eligible
3 years of related leadership experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Frequent sitting and ability to talk and hear. Frequently required to walk; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop crouch and kneel and operate machine and equipment. The member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The member will be required to travel by vehicle. Work in an office setting sitting behind a computer as well as interaction with clients. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close distance color and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. Required to be free from communicable diseases and work closely with clients.
