Associate (w/m/d) im Bereich Banking & Finance
Was erwartet Sie
- Sie betreuen Banken Debt Funds Sponsoren und Kreditnehmer bei der Finanzierung aller Arten von Infrastruktur- und Energieprojekten
- Sie bernehmen frh Verantwortung und gestalten Projektvertrge bei unseren Mandanten zu denen viele Start-Ups und junge Unternehmen gehren aktiv mit
- Sie untersttzen unsere internationalen und nationalen Mandanten bei Immobilienfinanzierungen und deren finanziellen Restrukturierungen
Was uns berzeugt
- Ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium mit berdurchschnittlichen Examina sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse die Sie sicher in der tglichen Arbeit anwenden
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Herangehensweise
- Durch Ihr Interesse fr wirtschaftliche Zusammenhnge knnen Sie unseren Mandanten eine vollumfassende Beratung bieten
- Die Begeisterung fr juristisch anspruchsvolle Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld und globalen Netzwerk
