Requisiti formativi:
- Neolaureato in materie scientifiche (CTF chimica biologia biotecnologie o percorsi affini);
- Master o specializzazione post laurea in Marketing/ Comunicazione o percorsi affini (requisito preferibile non mandatorio);
Altri requisiti:
- Conoscenza fluente dellinglese sia scritto che parlato (C1);
- Orientamento al pensiero creativo ed analitico
- Problem-Solving
- Flessibilit e capacit di adattamento
- Forte motivazione e interesse per lambito e il settore
- Voglia di mettersi in gioco
- Buone conoscenze informatiche con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Excel e Power Point o similari.

Cosa farai
Per la funzione di marketing allinterno della divisione Vaccini stiamo ricercando un/a brillante studente laureando/a o laureato/a per uno stage curriculare o extracurriculare.
Il/La tirocinante sotto la guida del proprio tutor verr coinvolto/a da subito nelle attivit di marketing legate alla vaccinazione della popolazione adulta e in particolare al lancio del nuovo vaccino contro il virus respiratorio sinciziale.
Principali attivit:
- Creazione e adattamento di materiali promozionali e di awareness per la comunit medico-scientifica (in forma diretta o tramite informatori scientifici) e per la popolazione generale
- Supporto allo sviluppo monitoraggio e analisi di campagne omnichannel con approccio customer-centric
- Supporto allo sviluppo e allexecution di progetti ed eventi innovativi
- Utilizzo di tool di artificial intelligence
- Partecipazione attiva a meeting interni elaborazione di presentazioni PowerPoint e file Excel
- Analisi di performance
Durante il periodo di stage il/la tirocinante apprender:
Lo scenario dei vaccini in Italia e relative dinamiche di mercato;
- le dinamiche del dipartimento di Marketing in GSK Italia
- il contenuto scientifico legato ai prodotti di GSK in ambito Vaccini in particolare legato al mondo delladult immunization;
- il contesto di govenance farmaceutica nazionale e regionale;
- il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti e fornitori esterni
