We are currently looking to recruit a Telecare Assessor for our Telecare Team. Reporting to the Advanced Practitioner the successful post holder will be involved in carrying out assessments for people referred to the team and coordinate installation of suitable telecare equipment in their home to promote and review its effectiveness.
You will be required to demonstrate a good level of academic achievement with GCSE English NVQ 3 in care or equivalent.
You will have experience of working in the community with adults with a disability have knowledge of disability and awareness of the barriers that individuals may face within the community a good level of communication skills verbal and written and ability to write clear and concise records on the client database.
You will also have experience or demonstrate ability to working as part of team ensure that the health and wellbeing of older people are paramount to service delivery and help to deliver excellent services to the residents of Bedford Borough.
