Due to continuous growth DXC are now looking to bring on board a IAM Support Engineer to work with multiple clients. Only candidates able to gain or currently holding a current Australian Federal Government Security Clearance at Baseline will be considered for this role. Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight or support
Assist in the management of security solutions within DXC at the direction of senior team members
Work effectively with the Regional and Global Security team
Interact with other Middleware support teams
Adhere to both customer and corporate standards and responsibilities
Assist in the creation of documentation such as process and procedural documentation
Provide level 3 technical support and problem management guidance for the platforms and escalate issues to vendors/manufactures for technical support as needed
Manage solutions on a day-to-day basis within the technology
Support NetIQ and Lotus Notes environments.
Support Active Directory and Azure IAM services
Manage Integration of NetIQ with other platforms including Lotus Notes
Participate in projects on a variety of platforms supported by the team
Produce reports as required and participate in audits
Ensure Health checks are performed and maintained
Be an advocate of Security best practices and for automation and process improvement
Regularly exercise independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
Provide expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross functional initiatives
The ideal candidate will have the following desired skills and experience:
Have a good understanding of best security practices including privacy regulatory requirements and information classification
Strong skills in NETIQ Infrastructure and technology and the interactions between other products/platforms
Strong skills in Active Directory and Azure IAM processes
3 years demonstrated experience managing NetIQ Middleware
Experience with patching and scripting language such as PowerShell/ Python/ Perl/ HTML
NetIQ eDirectory products including ldap driver and remote loader technology workflows
NetIQ Access Manager (NAM)
NetIQ additional components being NetIQ User App Self Service Password Reset.
Understand NetIQ gui consoles
Understanding of Apache Tomcat and other webserver platforms
Skills in Linux (RHEL) basic admin bash scripting
Experience in Certificate management including creation and diagnostics
Knowledge of XML
Understanding of LDAP technology and ability to use search and modify update utilities stand alone and in scripts
Experience with LDAP browsers like Apache directory studio
Networking technologies diagnosing TCPIP connectivity Basic F5 Networks understanding
Understanding of Lotus Notes Domino
