The Preschool
At KU Wahroonga we are proud of our reputation within the heart of the local community of providing rich education and care for more than 60 years. Our exceeding rated serviceis set in a lovely leafy environment that encompasses many natural play areas. The children are involved in the care and development of the outdoor environment through gardening recycling and suggesting ideas to improve the outdoor play areas like our rock and mud area.
The Role
We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of dutiesvital to the efficient operations of our Preschool. The position is Wednesdays & Thursdays 4 hours each day on a permanent basis.
In particular you will be managing enrolments family accounts and the centres waiting list using the softwareXAP responding to email and phone queries and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping as well as being the friendly point of contact for families!
