o Be the product owner of our HR tech landscape. Drive innovation automation and continuous improvement.

Policy & Compliance

o Keep us sharp safe and compliant. Lead policy development monitor legislation and ensure were always ahead of the curve.

Strong knowledge of HR systems data governance and compliance

Experience managing remuneration cycles and industrial relations frameworks
