We are a busy team at an energy consulting firm looking for a reliable organized and proactive assistant to help support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). If youre someone whos comfortable with simple tasks and can stay on top of things this might be a good fit for you.
Position Overview:
This is an entry-level role so no prior experience is needed. Were looking for someone to take care of basic tasks that are easy to learn. Youll be handling paperwork updating records managing emails and keeping track of simple tasks to help keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Documentation: Review and organize paperwork as needed.
Email Management: Sort through emails and flag important ones.
Task Coordination: Help keep track of tasks and deadlines to make sure things stay on schedule.
Data Entry and Reporting: Input information into our system and maintain accurate customer data.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:Assist in organizing meetings and appointments to keep the COOs calendar running smoothly.
