Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a PE-firm who is seeking an Interim Controller to join their opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in private equity environments especially those who are familiar with Sage Intacct.
Title: Interim Controller
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $70.00 - $75.00/hour
Job Type: Contract (2-3 months)

Job Type: Contract (2-3 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close for eight separate legal entities.
- Execute multi-entity consolidation roll-ups into Sage Intacct.
- Manage foreign currency accounting for an India-based subsidiary.
- Extract data from various systems and perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Prepare accurate lender-ready financial statements.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline close processes and ensure compliance.
- Proven experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidation.
- Private equity experience preferred.
- Strong technical accounting skills with GAAP expertise.
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to perform both strategic oversight and tactical tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
