Established privately-held O&G equipment and service company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering & Manufacturing to join their Midland TX team. Will lead both the engineering and production functions reporting to the Co-CEO. This role ensures alignment between product innovation operational execution and customer needs. The VP is responsible for leading engineering design R&D and field support while also overseeing production strategy cost controls and execution through the Production Manager. This position plays a vital role in the companys goal to reduce compressor downtime scale operations and maintain industry-leading performance in a competitive oil and gas landscape.Responsibilities include: (more details available upon request)

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Petroleum or a related Engineering field (required).
- PE Certification (preferred).
- 710 years of engineering leadership experience in oil & gas.
- 710 years in the compression space.
- 5 years of direct experience in manufacturing or fabrication leadership.
- Senior-level leadership in both engineering and manufacturing settings.
- Deep understanding of oil and gas production compression systems and fabrication.
- High-level budgeting operational and team management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a servant leadership style.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
