RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – PART-TIME

THE COMPANY
Established in 2012 Career Development & Management Guru (CDMGURU) is a Gold Coast-based private recruitment agency serving clients across multiple industries and professions nationwide. Our services extend to executive coaching career development resume services psychometric testing and workshops through our sister company The Career College.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As an integral member of our recruitment team you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Recruiter with effectively servicing clients’ and candidates’ needs and with skilfully matching candidates to jobs and with finding candidates suitable employment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Profile and promote candidates effectively
- Source and qualify potential candidates
- Assist with HR administration tasks
- Collaborate in securing new business opportunities
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years' end-to-end recruitment experience at an Australian agency
- Degree in HR management or equivalent private agency experience
- Proficient in communicating with business owners senior management and HR professionals
- Skilled in prospecting new employers for candidate placements
- Experience writing job ads for various platforms
- Competent in candidate sourcing and profiling
- Goal-oriented KPI-driven and enjoys challenges
- IT savvy preferably with Recruit CRM proficiency
- Customer service focused and compassionate
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Residing on the Gold Coast seeking long-term part-time office-based employment
