Job Description

We re looking for a motivated dynamic real estate agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals provided to them. You ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel assessing homebuyers wants and needs and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting/cold calls
  • Set appointments
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • No experience is required; willing to train the right person
  • Compile representation contracts purchase agreements closing statements deeds and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Maintain your Real Estate License
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Scripting and shadowing
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Facilitate the sale of residential real estate.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven

Qualifications:
  • Coachable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • The ability to fully engage with training embrace our culture and adhere to protocols is key for this role
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver s license and can travel by car
  • Strong organizational skills are a must for effectively managing tasks and clients
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma bachelor s degree desired
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
