Overview
The Computer Science position plays a pivotal role in the advancement of technology within an organization. Computer scientists evaluate complex problems and design algorithms systems and software applications that meet business needs and improve processes. Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct system analysis and integration across various platforms.
- Create and optimize algorithms for data processing.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

- Analyze user requirements and develop technical specifications.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Contribute to team development efforts through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g. Java Python C).
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. SQL NoSQL).
- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Experience in algorithm design and complexity analysis.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of network protocols and security practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and languages.
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field is preferred.
