We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing team. As an APM you will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives for our e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product management user experience and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Analysis:
- Support the development and of growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition activation and retention.
- Utilize tools like Clevertap Appsflyer and Google Analytics to track user behavior and segmentation.
- Assist in conducting A/B testing user research and feedback collection to optimize product features and experiences.
- Monitor key growth metrics (CAC CLTV conversion rates retention) and generate insights for improvement.
User Acquisition & Retention:
- Collaborate with marketing design and engineering teams to enhance user acquisition and engagement.
- Assist in optimizing product features personalization strategies and content to improve conversion rates.
- Support the development of targeted email and push notification campaigns to engage users.
- Analyze user churn patterns and contribute to strategies for improving customer retention.
Product Roadmap & Prioritization:
- Work with product managers to define and prioritize growth-focused product features.
- Assist in managing the product roadmap with a focus on user engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor strategies and best practices in e-commerce growth.
- Contribute ideas and identify potential growth opportunities through research and experimentation.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Work with data science teams to set up experiments and measure their impact.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any stream; MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management growth marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Understanding of e-commerce user acquisition retention and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data insights into actions.
- Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills.
- Passion for e-commerce and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
