The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively
Other duties include documentation hands-on testing supporting training efforts and other project tasks as needed.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. Required- 8 Years
- Experience as a business analyst specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations. Required- 8 Years
- Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts. Required- 8 Years
- Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces. Required- 8 Years
- (at least 4 Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) Required- 4 Years
- (at least 2 Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting. Required- 2 Years
- Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government) - Preferred 4 Years
- Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system - Preferred 2 Years
- Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) - Preferred 2 Years
- Experience with SharePoint - Preferred 2 Years
- Experience with Jira - Preferred 1 Year
- Experience working with the Scrum framework - Preferred 1 Year
- Experience with STAT - Preferred 1 Year
