A local company has a need for a skilled and experienced ASSISTANT to be his right hand. This is an opportunity for someone looking for a place to retire from. NO JOB HOPPERS. The Assistant will do everything from managing the Project Managers calender to ordering materials for jobs and helping to assure deadlines are being met. Duties will include but not limited to-
- Answering main phone line.
- Using Quickbooks
- Processing of Inspection & Service Reports.
- Purchase orders.
- Computer based file sorting creation monitoring.
- Data entry.
- Mailing/ small item shipping.
- Answer customer telephone calls.
- Keep track of materials needed and place orders
- Ensure deadlines are being met
- Billing/Invoicing
- Filing jobs
- Managing Project Managers calender
- Taking notes
Requirements
- MUST have experience working in a similar industrial role
- Be proficient in QuickBooks
- Must have at least 5 years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
- Good work ethic
- Long-term job holder (no job hoppers)
