Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM 1 hour unpaid break Singapore Time
- Paid hours per week: 40 hours

This established football academy and league operator delivers daily training programs and competitive matches for both youth and adult players. With a dynamic fast-paced environment and constant stream of exciting sporting moments you ll be part of bringing the passion and energy of football to life through engaging digital content.
As our Marketing Executive you ll be at the center of an exciting sports media operation creating and managing compelling content that captures the thrill of competitive football. This role offers a unique blend of creative content creation and social media management where you ll transform live sporting moments into engaging digital stories. Working with a supportive team you ll help build and maintain our growing online presence while having the opportunity to expand your skills across various digital marketing channels. This position is perfect for someone who loves fast-paced work has an eye for detail and wants to grow in the dynamic world of sports marketing.
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos (30-60 seconds) using CapCut adding branded elements and text overlays
- Design and publish daily social media content using Canva maintaining consistent brand standards
- Manage multi-channel content distribution through Metricool ensuring timely posting of match schedules and results
- Process and organize photo and video assets from live sporting events
- Maintain standardized templates and branding across all content
- Monitor social media channels and engage with community comments
- Support additional administrative tasks related to content management
- Coordinate with the team for asset management via SharePoint
- Potential to grow into social media advertising and advanced community management roles
Requirements
- Experience with content creation tools particularly Canva and CapCut
- Proven track record in social media content management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume content flow
- Basic video editing capabilities
- Proficiency in English for social media communication
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools and cloud storage platforms
- Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines
- Passion for sports is a plus
