Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to establish optimize and oversee our QA processes and automation frameworks. This role is crucial in setting the foundation for a high-functioning QA team ensuring robust test strategies and driving automation-first testing approaches.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proven experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium Cypress Katalon and hands-on knowledge of automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of test case design execution and defect tracking.
- Expertise in assertions retry scenarios execution scheduling and automation stability techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC QA methodologies and risk-based testing approaches.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
