Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reconciling and allocating day-to-day bank transactions
- Processing accounts receivable (sales) and accounts payable (bills)
- Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Written communication is mandatory; verbal is preferable.
- Technically strong: he/she should be aware of debit and credit rules can do journals understand the financials (like P&L balance sheet etc.).
- MCom and above. If BCom then very strong technically and has prior experience.

Communication & other Skills: Confidence to communicate directly with Australian clients over email and telephone is an advantage High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Customer service driven (you think of solutions to problems) Experience with popular software used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks Online Candidate attitude and approach: Ability to clearly express ideas and have a deep desire to understand how things work. Accuracy and attention to detail is central to your daily approach. Values learning and team collaboration. Academic Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CA/CS/ICWA Dropouts CA/CS/ICWA Qualified Candidates should have at least 2 year of experience in a KPO based role in Australian domain.
