Presales Engineer (M/F)

The mission 

As a member of the Presales/Solutions Consulting team (3 members) you contribute to large-scale EMEA projects for well-known brands.

Working closely with a senior team member you navigate complex sales cycles and play a key role in the success of strategic deals and RFPs.

As a trusted partner to our Sales team you combine technical expertise and business sense to tailor compelling demos address complex questions and showcase Sociabbles full value.

Your responsibilities include:

• Keep up to date with our platform features roadmap and key use cases
• Personalize platforms during RFP phases to reflect prospects needs and branding
• Prepare and deliver demos and POCs based on real use cases
• Assist in client training during POCs to maximize adoption and engagement
• Support RFP responses by contributing to both technical (architecture integrations APIs data security etc.) and functional sections
• Help maintain internal documentation and carry out market research

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate

• You have experience working in the SaaS industry (2 years) in client-facing and technical roles such as Sales Pre-sales engineer Solutions Consultant or Solution Architect
• You have a strong technical foundation and feel comfortable discussing architecture APIs integrations or data flows with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are bilingual in English and French (C1 minimum for both languages)  
• You take pride in helping others making you a resourceful team player 
• Youre organized detail-oriented and capable of processing large amounts of information under tight deadlines
• You can read analyze and synthesize complex documentation efficiently
• You are analytical and data-driven and know how to work efficiently across multiple tools and platforms
• You have good communication skills including storytelling
