Job Description
Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing At medmix were looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Lead to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our processes reducing waste and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What Youll Do
- Lead quality improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production data (e.g. injection parameters molding cycles defects) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Standardize and improve quality control procedures in collaboration with Production and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics (PPM FPY OEE) and lead follow-up meetings.
- Train plant teams in quality tools and problem-solving techniques (5 Whys Ishikawa FMEA 8D).
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in Quality or Operational Excellence roles.
- Degree in Industrial Plastics or Production Engineering.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 technical drawings and measurement tools.
- Proficiency in Excel Power BI and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Excellent communication leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English level: B2 or higher.
